Our Front Entrance has now changed to Shelton Street

New Address: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ

This new entrance means we are even closer to the Covent Garden hub; tube station, shops, restaurants, entertainment and bars.

The Betterton Street entrance is now only available for large deliveries or wheelchair access. Please arrange this with reception by calling 020 7379 0344.

January 2012

Refurbishment work continues on the ground floor at Garden Studios as the whole area is redesigned to optimise the space following the relocation of the front entrance and reception. The redesigned meeting rooms and offices on this floor should be completed soon so watch out for some great offers for this space in the near future.

September 2011

Our main entrance will be changing to Shelton Street around October time this year. This is the opposite side of the building to Betterton Street. This is exciting news for us, our clients and visitors as there are a number of associated benefits. We feel it is a more attractive frontage and street, it's closer to central Covent Garden, the tube, trains, shops and restaurants and it will serve the new layout of Garden Studios after the expansion projects of recent years.

This means an address change so please check our website in the near future for further news.

On Location at Garden Studios

August 2011

Garden Studios was recently used as a filming location for 'Piggy - The Film'.

Piggy - The Film is a London based dark thriller from DP Films and Fulwell 73 starring Martin Compston, Paul Anderson, Louise Dylan, Roland Manookian, Neil Maskell and Peter Ferdinando. The film is due to be released in April 2012.

We are very pleased to have 100% occupancy rates at present. Clients find Garden Studios excellent value our experienced team go to great lengths to accommodate client requirements as far as possible. Most companies stay as long as they can as they appreciate good facilities, excellent customer service and flexibility on top of the excellent value that we offer. We are delighted that Garden Studios was chosen amongst stiff competition to be a finalist in the Business Centre Association (BCA) 'Business Centre of the Year' award 2010. Results were announced on Friday 19th November at the BCA awards gala in London. Being a finalist means that we came in the top 3 centres in the UK. This is a tremendous boost for Garden Studios and the businesses here.

Garden Studios has Expanded

All 15 new offices are complete and we are pleased to say they are now fully occupied. We are very pleased with the way they turned out and we will be basing our ongoing refurbishment of the rest of the building on this same standard as far as we can without detracting from the existing atmosphere and warmth. We have a policy of continual upgrades to ensure that Garden Studios is kept fresh and modern.

The main infrastructure of the exciting new telecommunications system was put into place last week. Now the painting is in full swing alongside the finishing touches on the upper two floors. Contractors are installing the new (surprise) kitchen on the ground floor. Not long to go now.

Our Shelton Street expansion project is full steam ahead and looking great! The project is ahead of schedule and we are looking to start viewings in December for letting in January.

The building is now officially connected to the main Garden Studios building after contractors completed the entrance way through the adjoining wall. The beautiful wooden floors have been sanded on the top two floors and the trendy kitchen is now being installed.

The technology team is due to start fitting the new state of the art system in November, so once that's done it will just be the last touch-ups to complete the project.

Garden Studios is delighted to announce their forthcoming expansion! We have recently acquired an additional 4800sqft over three floors in an adjoining building on Shelton St, Covent Garden WC2. This will be linked to the main building by creating a door through a shared wall similar to our earlier ‘Drury Lane’ extension in 2005. The total 27,800sqft now makes us one of the largest independent operators in central London.

Garden Studios has seen very high occupancy rates despite the current economic climate with a lengthening waiting list for new prospects and existing clients needing to expand. Our experienced team does everything they can to facilitate the changing needs of businesses and make sure they are well looked after whilst at the same time cultivating a vibrant friendly atmosphere. As a result clients are very happy and end up staying for years. This is a great concept but also means opportunities for new prospects looking to move in are few and far between, many being turned away disappointed. This is why when the opportunity of additional space arose we didn’t hesitate.

The new building will mean another 15 individual suites accommodating between 2 and 10 people each. The space has excellent facilities of its own and of course access to all the amenities that Garden Studios currently has to offer. These include a full reception, seven meeting rooms of varying sizes, a delightful roof terrace, kitchens, showers and break out areas.

The new building will be fitted out to high specification and incorporate state-of-the-art technology with many flexible options to accommodate a wide range of professional and flexible working arrangements.
