A converted warehouse with lots of character

Garden Studios became a business centre in 1985 and has been under our ownership since the early 1990s. Since then, thanks to demand and high occupancy rates, we have undertaken two expansion projects into adjoining buildings.



These projects gave us another 30 offices (total 85); making us one of the largest Independent providers in London. Towards the end of 2011 we relocated the front entrance and reception to the Shelton Street side of the building providing more convenient access to the Covent Garden transport links, shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment.

As you enter the building you immediately find yourself in our welcoming reception area. Also on the ground floor are four meeting rooms, a contemporary kitchen and the easily accessible sales and management offices. Two additional meeting rooms are situated on the lower ground floor and there are three kitchens with eating docks are dotted throughout.

Our 84 offices cover 9 floors (a total of 29,300 sqft). There's air conditioning throughout, CCTV with Redcare and audio monitoring. We are continually investing in the building, our facilities and technology. Please see our news page for details of any current or proposed refurbishments.
