The Garden Studios meeting rooms provide a flexible space to do business and you only pay for what you need, when you need it, with rooms available in half hour slots.

There are five spacious, comfortable meeting rooms, a hotdesking room and an interview room (available free to Garden Studios clients). Your visitors are greeted and received by our friendly reception staff. Equipment you might need such as flipcharts and projectors can be set up ready for you. If you need catering, we can arrange everything from teas & coffees up to a full lunch buffet.

All in all it adds up to a very favourable impression on your clients at a very reasonable cost to you.



Boardroom – First Floor: Fully air-conditioned and seats up to twelve people. The room is equipped with audio-conferencing and a TV/video. Data, overhead and slide projectors, and a flipchart are available upon request. Bookings can be made on an hourly, half-hourly, daily or half-daily basis with tea, coffee and biscuits included. Conference Room 1 – Ground Floor: Seating for up to eight people. The room is equipped with a whiteboard and flipchart. Data, overhead and slide projectors are available upon request. Conference Room 2 – Ground Floor: Seating for up to six people. The room is equipped with a flipchart. Data, overhead and slide projectors are available upon request. Bookings can be made on an hourly, half-hourly, daily or half-daily basis with tea, coffee and biscuits included. Pricing .





Conference Room 3 – Lower Ground Floor: Seating for up to four people. Bookings can be made on an hourly, half-hourly, daily or half daily basis with tea,coffee and biscuits included.  Equipment is not provided. Pricing .






Conference Room 4 – Lower Ground Floor: Seating for up to twelve with flexible table arrangements to suit meetings, training or discussion groups, or conference style seating for up to twenty people. The room is equipped with Sky TV, video and DVD player as well as a whiteboard and flipchart. Data, overhead and slide projectors are available upon request. Bookings can be made on an hourly, half-hourly, daily or half-daily basis with tea, coffee and biscuits for up to twelve people included. Pricing .



Hotdesk Room – Ground Floor: For up to two people. This includes use of a telephone, computers with free broadband access, CD and DVD rewriter, printer and scanner. Outgoing telephone calls are additional. Bookings can be made on an hourly, half-hourly, daily or half-daily basis. Refreshments not included. Pricing .




Interview Room – Lower Ground Floor: A small room for two people. Bookings can be made on an hourly or half-hourly basis. Clients can book the Interview Room for up to two hours per day free of charge. Refreshments not included.
