What is a Virtual Office?

If you decide to upgrade to a serviced office at Garden Studios, it can happen seamlessly and there’s no need to change your address or telephone number (no stationery reprints).
How does the telephone answering service work?
First choose your own DDI (direct dial-in) number from our directory. Then you tell us how you would like your calls answered and handled. The reception team answer calls in your company name and, transfer them to voicemail, give other contact numbers or divert them as you specify. With our call forwarding / divert service calls can be answered by our receptionists and then forwarded, or diverted automatically. Callers ring a Covent Garden office and you can answer anywhere in the world.
How does the address service work?
Virtual Office gives your business a prestigious Covent Garden, central London address which you can use on your letterhead, website and other communications. We can hold post for you or redirect it. We’ll sign for your parcels and call you to let you know they’ve arrived. You also have a central London fax number and only pay for faxes sent or received. Plus, we’ll call if you receive a fax and then forward it to you as instructed.
What about meeting facilities?
At Garden Studios we have seven smart meeting rooms ranging from a two person interview room to a 50 person training room. Most of our room rates include tea, coffee and biscuits. The rooms are equipped with some / all of the following: whiteboard, flipchart, audio-conferencing, TV/video and Sky TV. Digital projectors and catering are available as extras. To make a booking just call our reception team at Garden Studios and they’ll sort out any special requests for you. Our receptionists will welcome your visitors and call you to let you know they’ve arrived. As a Virtual Office client you pay the same reduced rates as our in-house clients. Plus, you get one hour’s free use of the interview room and hot desking room per month with any Virtual Office package.
What other services do you offer?
Garden Studios offers a whole range of business support services. As a Virtual Office client you enjoy the same reduced rates as our in-house clients for PA / secretarial services, franking, photocopying, faxing, laminating, binding etc. Just ask our friendly receptionists – they’ll be happy to help. What happens if I need to change my Virtual Office package?
You may want to upgrade your Virtual Office package and add telephone answering, call forwarding or other services. No problem at all. Can I easily move from a Virtual Office to a Serviced Office? Garden Studios Virtual Offices are a great stepping stone for growing your business. When you feel the time is right to take a serviced office just contact Martina Duffy, our Business Centre Manager (tel: 020 7379 0344, email: martina@gardenstudios.com ). She can talk you through the options, then look around the offices and see what’s suitable for you. It’s a very straightforward move. You don’t even need to change your address or telephone number (no stationery reprints) and being a Virtual Office client you are already part of Garden Studios, so you don’t have to start all over again in a new environment.
